An AI product is not made or broken by its model. It is shaped upstream, in the framings that decide what to build, and held together downstream, in the governance that keeps it trustworthy in production. That is where I work.

The next generation of AI products won't be won by better chatbots. They'll be won by systems that know when to speak, when to show, when to act, and when to stay quiet. And by teams that can validate those decisions before the product is fully buildable.

Currently at Lucid Motors, where I contributed to the publicly announced Lucid Intelligence platform, helped shape navigation and multimodal HMI strategy, and review production-bound prompts and AI responses for Lucid Assistant. Earlier, autonomous driving research at Toyota Research Institute.

Current focus

AI experience strategy and conversational quality. I review production-bound system prompts, personality, tool-call behavior, and customer-facing AI responses for Lucid Assistant. I contributed to the platform strategy publicly announced as Lucid Intelligence, defining AI as a multimodal, LLM-agnostic orchestration layer across vehicle context, natural interaction, and personalization.

Also

Voice-first prototyping that designers can actually use. I designed and built an internal AI voice prototyping platform that maps LLM responses to ProtoPie actions, so designers can test voice-first concepts without engineering support.

Research and strategy that change roadmaps. Multimodal HMI work that shaped Gravity's final UI direction and steering wheel controller design, contributing to its iF Gold Award-winning interaction system. Navigation strategy validated with 350+ participants, a digital climate control concept with a co-inventor patent pending, and autonomous driving research at Toyota Research Institute that contributed to $1M+ in cost reduction.

Lucid Intelligence / AI Experience platform Helping shape the strategy behind a publicly announced AI experience platform that orchestrates voice, visuals, vehicle context, and journey continuity.

  • AI voice prototyping for Lucid Assistant Designing and building the internal platform that lets designers test voice-first interactions without engineering support.
  • Navigation strategy (Lucid Maps) From an ambiguous PM brief to a global 350-participant concept evaluation to an AI-forward roadmap.
  • Gravity multimodal HMI Pre-production research that influenced Gravity's final UI, steering wheel controller design, and tactile feedback requirements. iF Gold Award co-recipient; patent expected.
  • Autonomous driving research at Toyota Research Institute A nearly two-year program across interviews, usability studies, heuristic evaluations, human-factors studies, and surveys, contributing to $1M+ in cost reduction and 200%+ usability improvement.
